NEWBORN
Studio newborn sessions are fully styled, with all props and outfits for baby provided. Access to client closet is available for parents and siblings.
Taking the utmost care with your little one, I gently pose your baby in a variety of safe and comfortable positions that highlight how tiny, sweet and innocent your precious bundle is. Sessions are always led by baby’s temperament and comfort level. I provide generous amounts of time to allow for nursing and settling; to help support the breastfeeding and bonding process that is just beginning to establish.
Newborn sessions are ideally booked 2-3 months before your due date (use your due date to reserve your spot on the calendar, with a firm date set once baby is born). Your edited gallery of high resolution images will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after your session, from which you’ll be able to select your favorite images, and order birth announcements, prints and custom designed albums.

MILESTONE
Milestone sessions are the perfect way to capture your baby’s growth in their first year. You can book a milestone session at any point during baby’s first year, but most often they are booked at “sitter” age (6-9 months, when baby can sit independently).

Birth documentation
Having your labour and birth professionally documented is an investment you will value forever. Capturing the moments you'd otherwise miss, or all too quickly forget in the whirlwind of activity that surrounds birth - forever having the moment you meet your baby to look back on is one of the most rewarding decisions you'll ever make.
As a previous medical provider, home birthing mama and passionate birth nerd, I have the medical background and practical knowledge to know when to be present in a beneficial manner, and when to step back; capturing the most vital moments of your birth story without disrupting it.
The process: Once you reach 37-38 weeks, I will be on call for you until baby is born. Photographic coverage lasts from when you reach established labour until a few hours after baby’s arrival. Galleries typically include 100-150 images. Reach out for full details!
